ISHA GOYAL
(Founder)
A second-generation business leader, Isha spearheads a nationwide team of professionals managing the most extensive portfolio of airline and related travel services in India. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Isha took over the management team at STIC ten years ago, after undergoing hands-on training through different roles in the organization.

Well-versed in the aviation, corporate, and leisure segments of the travel industry, her mission has been to build upon STIC's strong foundation as one of India's leading GSA companies, into a first-choice brand supported by professional systems, highly trained individuals, and top-notch infrastructure. Her priority is to nurture a culture geared to adapt to changing industry dynamics and customer demands.

Outside of work. Isha enjoys traveling. hiking and learning about new cultures through food and photography.
A Young Entrepreneur with a passion of excellence and great enthusiasm. He is the founder Director of Take a Break Consulting. He obtained his degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Hissar University and also did a Diploma in International Business from Cambridge University (UK).

He has an excellent eye for detail and brings in a passion to spark ideas in eager minds and achieves new challenges. He is responsible for the growth of TAB today and leaves a positive impact on the audiences in all programs. He has worked as a Specialist in Quality and Training Department in Aegis, an Essar Group, formerly known as Global Vantedge. After 4 years of work experience, Abhimanyu decided to go on his own and started TAB in May 2008. His experience of building & leading teams enables him to bring practical, simple and powerful leadership, team building and change management lessons to the Programs that he conducts.
